Find a VISX Center/Doctor : How to be listed
|
VISX® Certified Doctors:
In order to be listed on Dr./Center Locator of the VISX.com website, you must be certified on a VISX Laser. Upon certification you are eligible to submit your information for inclusion in the Locator system Once your request is approved, your information will be posted as a VISX Certified Doctor.
VISX Laser Centers:
In order to be listed as a Laser Center, there must be a VISX laser located at the posted address. All certified doctors affiliated with the Laser Center are also eligible to post their practice address as a Center.
CustomVue™ Listings:
In order to be listed as "CustomVue" you must meet all of the following qualifications.
- Attended Regional Physician CustomVue Certification Course (with completion of Online Course Review) or Completed Online Physician CustomVue Certification Course;
- Own or have access to a STAR S4; And
- Own or have access to a WaveScan®
If you meet all of the above qualifications, you are the eligible to submit your information for review and inclusion in the CustomVue designation of VISX.com, Personalbestvision.com and Allaboutvision.com sites. Only one submission is required to be listed on all three sites.
*VISX reserves the right, within its sole discretion, to accept or deny any such submission.
