Ophthalmologists : Teleconference

The purpose of this program is to provide an interactive forum in which frequently asked questions about optimizing CustomVue outcomes can be addressed by leading clinicians. The program will begin with a presentation on a specific topic of interest. Following the topic presentation, there will be a question and answer session in which the conference participants will receive direct feedback on their individual questions. To participate in a CustomVue teleconference you must be a CustomVue certified user. If you are not CustomVue certified, please click here to complete the online CustomVue Certification Course. To register for a CustomVue teleconference, please complete the following registration form. Upon completion of this form you will receive a confirmation that your request has been received. Details on how to join the teleconference will be emailed to you one week prior to the teleconference and again on the day of the call.
