Use of VISX trademarks
The VISX, Incorporated trademarks are valuable business assets and these guidelines are intended to protect them. In consideration of VISX permitting you to use the VISX trademarks, you agree to comply with the guidelines described herein. VISX gives you permission to use its trademarks only in connection with your laser vision correction practice and not use these trademarks in any activity, which might in any way hurt the VISX reputation. Should VISX ask you to stop using these marks or to change that use in any way, you agree to comply with that request.

These guidelines and your use of the VISX logos and/or VISX trademarks do not constitute a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and VISX. This is the only agreement between you and VISX concerning the VISX logos and VISX trademarks, and it may not be changed except by a signed written agreement.

If you have any questions or any proposed use that is not covered by these guidelines, please contact the VISX Marketing Department. VISX may change these guidelines at any time without prior notice, and may for any reason whatsoever withdraw this permission. By using the VISX logos and/or trademarks, you acknowledge the rights of VISX in its logos and trademarks, that you have read and understood these guidelines, and that you agree to comply with these guidelines in using the VISX logos and VISX trademarks.
