- Humidity requirements: Relative humidity between 35%-65% (non-condensing)
- Barometric pressure between 11 to 16 psi (1.6 to 2.3 kPa, 12 to17.35 mmHg)
- Room should be kept clean; dust-/particle-free by tiling floor; do not install carpet; avoid ceiling tiles that shed particles ; no volatile cleaners
